Founder and Managing Director

Joe Falcao brings over 25 years of financial leadership, driving corporate turnarounds, scaling organizations, and optimizing financial and operational performance for global, middle-market, and start-up companies across diverse industries—Consumer (brick-and-mortar, e-commerce, omnichannel), Healthcare (medical devices), Telecom, and Chemicals. Joe has held ex-pat roles in Brazil, Belgium and Malaysia.
In addition, he supported Sr Finance Leadership roles at Fortune 100 Global Companies, VC and Private Equity backed companies. Joe led companies in different stages– from start-up to well established companies, including turnaround and spin-offs.
Joe is engaged in the entrepreneurial eco-system in Boston. He is a Board Member of Stoneham Bank, Treasurer of TiE Boston, Member of the Steering Committee of the MIT CFO Summit and The CFO Leadership Council.
Joe has a BSc in Economics (FEA-USP, Sao Paulo – Brazil), Computer Science (U Mackenzie, Sao Paulo – Brazil) and MBA from FGV-SP and Babson (Boston).
